Real farm grown ginger in every Jus Djamoe
When people ask what the secret is behind Jus Djamoe tasting so incredibly good, the answer is actually quite simple. We use the region’s best ginger. Not just a ginger flavouring – the real thing! That’s why you can turn a bottle of Jus Djamoe upside down before popping the lid and actually see granules of finely ground ginger swirling through the brew. When you start with a raw, real natural ingredient this good, half the job is already done. But there’s still much, much more crafting to come!
We encourage the practice of live mulching amongst our Tani Chili Club farmers, utilising peanut and Bambara nuts to replace plastic mulching for weed control.
MARDI’s groundbreaking research, combined with the expertise of local tomato farmers, has yielded a revolutionary new tomato variety, perfect for thriving in tropical lowlands.
At our farm in Pahang, we champion intercropping ginger with complementary plants. This regenerative practice empowers our ginger farmers to diversify their income streams and fosters a richer, more biodiverse environment.
